Thurleigh church

At St Peters we meet for worship every Sunday other than the first Sunday each month. Our service pattern is as follows;

First Sunday - no service

Second Sunday - Morning Worship

Third Sunday - Holy Communion

Fourth Sunday - Morning Worship

All children are invited with their parents into our Sunday services, the Morning Worship services are less formal and so are more accessible for children.

 

What’s On

Meeting Place meets monthly on the second Wednesday from 3pm in St Peter’s Church. It is a great time to for people of all ages to meet up and get to know others, to catch up with old friends and have the opportunity to have a good chat. We serve tea and coffee and great cakes and biscuits.

At the same we also run an after school activity in the church. All children up to the age of eleven, under supervision of their parent /carer, are very welcome. There are games and crafts to enjoy, often using lego, which we use to think about a story from the Bible. There are also great refreshments.

Home Group
We meet on Tuesday each week at 7pm to pray for the community and to reflect on a bible passage together. You would be very welcome to join us. See Rev Jes for details.
